AVRO Heritage Museum, based at Woodford Aerodrome in Cheshire, holds its annual air fair across the weekend of July 6-7th. Visitors can enjoy learning about the rich history of the centre and its development of the famous Lancaster Bomber - vital work which changed the course of the Second World War following the Dam Buster raids 75 years ago. Subject to flying restrictions and weather conditions, there will be a flyover by a Lancaster. There are plenty of things to explore and see, including a Spitfire, and a flying display of model aircraft. For the second year in succession, I will be providing live entertainment across both days, creating a 1940s vibe to the day.
